On 8 April 2020 during Covid-19 shutdown, our MY SKY TV BOX suddenly ceased to operate properly & consequently no movies on our TV screen. I rang Robbie of RTMac Electronics, who with the assistance of using WHATS APP on both our respective mobile phones,  guided us thru the process of changing numerous plugs around etc. It proved to be quite a long drawn out process which required a lot patience. Robbie was very helpful & patient with us & we were extremely grateful to him in "our time of need" during the "shut down.
